Benario is operated by AuSaMicS Pty Ltd and currently dispatches orders within Australia only.

We supply food-grade ingredients, colours, amino acids, dairy powders, functional powders and formulation materials in practical pack sizes for Australian customers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery address

Selected shipping method

Parcel weight and dimensions

Order size

Carrier availability

Any handling requirements where applicable

All available shipping options and charges are shown before payment is completed.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1:30 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same or next business day.

Orders placed after this time, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, order size, product type, documentation requirements or compliance checks.

Australian Delivery

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

Standard delivery: usually 2–6 business days

Express delivery: usually 1–3 business days to major metropolitan areas

Delivery times are estimates only. Remote locations, public holidays, weather events, carrier delays and other issues outside our control may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to the address used at checkout.

If you do not receive tracking, please check your spam/junk folder or contact:

Authority to Leave

If Authority to Leave is selected, the carrier may leave the parcel at the delivery address without a signature.

Once the carrier marks the parcel as delivered, risk and responsibility transfer to the recipient.

Please choose a secure delivery location.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers may be available where supported by the carrier and product type.

Some orders may require a physical street address.

International Shipping

Benario does not currently offer international shipping through this website.

Orders can only be delivered to Australian addresses.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Address changes can only be requested before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, redirection is not guaranteed and may incur additional carrier charges.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order appears delayed:

Check the tracking information

Confirm the delivery address

Check safe-drop areas

Check with your local post office or carrier depot

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number

Product name

Clear photos of the outer packaging

Clear photos of the damaged product

Description of the issue

We will review the issue and respond with the next steps.

Temperature and Storage During Transit

Most Benario products are dry food ingredients and are shipped under standard ambient conditions unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for storing products according to the product label, SDS or specification after delivery.

After Delivery

Once delivered, products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and strong odours unless the product label states otherwise.

Food Ingredient Notice

Benario products are supplied as ingredients for formulation, food manufacturing, R&D or permitted uses. Customers are responsible for confirming suitability, permitted use, allergen handling, label compliance and storage requirements for their finished products.
