Unless specifically stated otherwise, Benario products are supplied as ingredients for formulation, food manufacturing, R&D or permitted commercial use.
They are not supplied as finished foods, therapeutic goods, medicines, dietary supplements or clinical products.
Not a Finished Product
Benario ingredients may require further processing, formulation, blending, testing, packaging, labelling and regulatory review before use in a finished product.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use.
No Therapeutic or Medical Claims
Benario products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Do not assume a product is permitted in all markets because it has an E number, INS number, FD&C name or Colour Index number.
