Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
It’s calculated at checkout based on your postcode/destination, service (Standard or Express) and order weight. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay.

How long will delivery take?
Australia: Standard 2–6 business days, Express 1–3 to major cities (estimates). International estimates and more details are on our Shipping policy.

When do you dispatch orders?
Orders placed before 1:30 pm AEST, Mon–Fri usually ship same business day; after the cut-off or on weekends/public holidays ship next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes—most countries. Duties/VAT are paid by the recipient. See Shipping policy.

Can I track my order?
Yes—tracking is emailed when your order ships. You can also view it from your account (if created).

Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you choose ATL, the parcel may be left without a signature. Risk passes on delivery, so choose a safe spot.

My package isn’t here yet—what do I do?

  1. Check your tracking link. 2) Check safe-drop spots/with household members. 3) If it’s 2 business days past the estimate, email info@benario.com.au.

Can I change my address after ordering?
If it hasn’t shipped, email info@benario.com.au ASAP. If shipped, we’ll request a redirection—outcomes aren’t guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns
Eligible within 30 days if unopened, unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you (tracked). Start at info@benario.com.au. Full details: Return & refund policy.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Email info@benario.com.au with your order number, product + LOT/Best Before (on pouch) and photos within 7 days. We’ll replace or refund and cover return postage where a return is needed.

How long do refunds take?
Once we issue it, most banks/payment providers post funds in 3–10 business days.

Products & Quality

Do you make therapeutic claims?
No—we sell nutrition/sports powders and avoid therapeutic claims.

Serving size / how to use?
Add to water, shakes, or smoothies. For accuracy, measure by grams on a scale (densities vary; teaspoons are approximate). Follow the Warning on each product page.

Allergens & “free from”?
See each product page. Our single-ingredient amino acids are unflavoured and filler-free; we list common “free from” where applicable. Always check the label.

Where are you based?
Packed and dispatched in Australia.

Payments, Pricing & Emails

Do prices include GST?
Yes—AU prices include GST. For eligible international orders, GST will not be charged at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, and other options shown at checkout.
